New Residential Construction – Duplexes for Lee County Human Services
Constructed out of metal SIPS (structurally insulated panel system), these 2,100 square foot duplexes are hurricane-proof and extremely energy-efficient. Build time and waste are greatly reduced with this form of construction.
New Commercial Construction & Design/Build – Sedona Plaza
Construction services included property acquisition, land development, conceptualization through to C.O., and the upgrade to commercial condo for this 7,000 square foot office warehouse project. See more on the Design/Build method at types of contracting.
Commercial Renovations – Fred Astaire Dance Studio
This 3,500 square foot renovation consisted of interior and exterior demolition, total interior renovation and a new exterior storefront façade.

Carpentry on Historical Restoration Projects
The Bradford Hotel and Arcade Theater canopy overhang and portico were restored to appear as they did in the early 1900's. We handled the carpentry and selective demolition.
Carpentry – 100 + Homes and Duplexes
Our company framed over 100 homes for Allard Contracting and a few other builders during the housing boom.
Hurricane Response Workforce – Onsite Carpenters for Large Developments
Our company had up to 25 carpenters securing and renovating some of the 126 condominiums in Burnt Store Marina that were devastated by Hurricane Charley. This was a time and materials project in which our accounting practices were applauded as thorough and fair.
Modular Homes –Lee County Human Services
Site preparation for the installation of three modular homes.
Pool Cabanas –Residential Home
This 1,000 square foot stand-alone structure was an addition to the existing residence.
We also do commercial pool cabanas.
