General Contracting (Hard
Bid)
This type of construction involves our client’s
working closely with an Architect of their choice
and providing the General Contractor with a complete
set of plans. The owner is then responsible for
Design and any changes. The General Contractor then
constructs at a fixed cost.
General Contracting (Cost
Plus with Guaranteed Maximum Price)
This type of Contracting involves a set percentage
over the actual amount invoiced for work being
completed along with supervision. All records are
made available for the client and must be by
contract. The Guaranteed Maximum Price is the amount
the contract or cost of the building will not
exceed.
