A
complete renovation for John and Sandy Ruvolo which
included design aspects.
This project consisted of complete removal of all
previous closets, plumbing, tub, shower, electrical,
walls, and entry door. Reconfiguring this entire
master bedroom and bathroom into a more updated and
useful space.
In the master bedroom, a decorative niche or vase
shelf with halogen lighting, arch, and crown molding
highlight the entrance into the room. A planter
shelf was built in the master bedroom to
display some of the Ruvolo's art. Rope lighting
behind the crown molding gives a soft light at night.
A tall base was used throughout accenting the
Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring.
Beginning
with layout, his and hers walk in closets were
designed complete with California Closet type
shelving, drawers and hampers. Upon entering this
space the motion censored fluorescent lights
automatically light up for easier use of this space.
A barreled arch was created in the hallway to accent
the tiled medallion on the back side of the shower.
Halogen lighting was strategically placed in the
hallway and above the medallion, to accent these
features.
In the bathroom area there are his and
hers vanities with tower cabinetry to maximize
storage for the Ruvolo's. Granite counter tops with
oiled bronze fixtures complement these cabinets. The
shower area features a doorless walk in shower with oiled
bronze fixtures and rainhead. This shower is
spacious with a his and hers seating area, ceramic
tile inlaid with a marble border and 4" x 4"
accents.
This project was planned prior to the Ruvolo's leaving for 6 weeks to visit with family.
Upon returning their master bedroom had been nearly
completed, minimizing their exposure to the typical
process of remodeling. (dust, noise, and etc).
Minimal correspondence was required due to thorough
planning, allowing them to relax and enjoy their
time with family.
High End Residential Remodel
When we are talking about high end the imagination
is all that may limit us. These bathrooms are wall
to wall Italian porcelain, outfitted with wall hung
bidets and toilets. The vanities are Robern fixtures
with chrome accents and a ¾ inch glass shelve.
The shower enclosures were imported
from Sweden. A 6’x 6’ glass block wall was also
built to let a little light in.
These bathrooms are
truly cutting edge in design and style. This is why
we are so passionate about what we do. With results
like these it's hard not to be.
Sullivan Residential Remodel
This condo was formally completely destroyed by
hurricane Charley. While being the on site
carpenters having upwards of 25 of our own men and
women working on this 120 unit condominium project
some of the tenants chose our company to remodel for
them as well, having an incredible amount of trust
and confidence in our company; most through phone,
fax, and emails.
The Sullivans at South Shores Condominiums were very
thankful for the return of their part time home and
to be in such splendor after the overwhelming
destruction which had occurred. This project was a
complete renovation.
