ARCADE THEATER REMODEL

One of Ft Myers' signature buildings, the Arcade Theater was historically renovated to appear as it had in the early 1900’s. Building Contractors at the time handled all the selective demolition and carpentry work for this project.

The carpentry work included the sidewalk canopy, portico framing, and the lower arches; and the selective demolition to carefully remove only what was needed to accomplish the carpentry work.
