Building Contractors of SWFLA, Inc. has created strong relationships with various county and city departments in Lee and Charlotte County.


We have established ourselves with Lee County School Board, Lee County Maintenance Department, Lee County Department of Human Services, the procurement department for Lee County and for the City of Cape Coral, City of Fort Myers, and others.



For example, Lee County’s Department of Human Services has contracted our company to build some of their housing projects, two in Palmona Park and one in Harvey Heights. We are proud to be part of what this department stands for and the people it helps.

Another project which has been recently awarded to our company consist of two SIPS (structurally insulated panel systems) duplexes in Page Park. This project required bonding for more than $500,000 and for both buildings to be competed within six months. Our strength, in even today’s market, allows us to separate ourselves from many other builders.

Other completed projects for the Lee County include renovating several existing buildings to current ADA standards. These buildings consist of educational facilities, recreational and park facilities.
